目的研究羽芒菊Tridax procumbens的水浸提液对4种农作物种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。方法采用水浸提法提取羽芒菊茎、叶、种子3个部分,用浸提液处理4种农作物种子及幼苗,以蒸馏水作为对照,在4个不同质量浓度下分析种子各项指标的差异。结果羽芒菊水提浸液对绿豆综合作用表现为促进,并随质量浓度的增大促进作用减弱,对萝卜、油菜、莴苣表现为低促高抑。不同部位水提浸液抑制作用顺序为种子>叶>茎。对不同受试种子抑制作用呈现出莴苣>萝卜>油菜>绿豆,而对莴苣的抑制作用最为显著。结论羽芒菊具有较强的化感作用。利用羽芒菊的化感作用将其作为竞争植物或覆盖植物,抑制其他杂草的生长,或作为开发天然除草剂的植物资源,具有一定的开发应用价值。
Objective To study the effects of aqueous extract of Tridax procumbens on seed germination and seedling growth of four crops. Methods The stems, leaves and seeds of Plutella xylostella were extracted by water immersion method. Four kinds of crop seeds and seedlings were treated with the extract, and distilled water was used as the control. The differences of the indexes of the seeds were analyzed under four different concentrations . Results The aqueous extract of M.grandis had a positive effect on the mung bean’s comprehensive effects and decreased with the increase of its mass concentration. It showed low and high inhibition on radish, rape and lettuce. Different parts of the aqueous extract of the inhibitory effect of the order of seeds> leaves> stems. The inhibitory effect on different tested seeds showed lettuce> radish> rape> mung bean, while the inhibitory effect on lettuce was the most significant. Conclusion Yuchaiju has strong allelopathy. The use of the allelopathic effect of Violets to compete as a plant or cover plants, inhibit the growth of other weeds, or as a natural herbicides to develop plant resources, has some development and application value.
