观察胶质细胞源性神经营养因子 (GDNF)和神经营养素 3 (NT 3 )对噪声性毛细胞损伤的防护作用。将GDNF和NT 3缓慢注入内耳 ,以灌注人工外淋巴液动物为对照 ,检测噪声暴露后耳蜗毛细胞核形态、数量的变化。噪声暴露 10天后 ,毛细胞核荧光染色计数发现 ,实验组手术耳和非手术耳耳蜗外毛细胞核肿胀率明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。研究表明 ,GDNF和NT 3对噪声性毛细胞损伤具有较好的防护作用
To observe the protective effect of glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) and neurotrophin-3 (NT 3) on noise-induced hair cell injury. The GDNF and NT 3 were slowly injected into the inner ear and perfused artificial perilymph animals as control to detect the changes of cochlear hair cell nuclear morphology and number after noise exposure. Ten days after the noise exposure, the number of nucleus fluorescence staining showed that the nuclear edema rate of the extracochlear outer hair cells of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01). Studies have shown that GDNF and NT 3 have a good protective effect against noise hair cell damage
