行输出变压器电性能测试中存在的主要问题是测试的一致性差。本文分析了联合设计 HCB-12型行输出变压器技术条件中未作规定的一些因素,特别是行激励状态对测试的影响。其它类型行输出变压器检测也存在相似情况。实验分析表明,影响行输出变压器测试结果的因素是多方面的,只有对典型测试电路的元件、器件参数及其稳定性;行激励状态;逆程时间的测量作较严格的规定,才能取得比较一致的结果。
The main problem in the line output transformer electrical performance test is the poor consistency of the test. This paper analyzes some of the unspecified factors in the design of the HCB-12 line output transformer, especially the influence of the excitation state on the test.
