Objective To analyze the proportion of traumatic and non-traumatic diseases in prehospital emergency care spectrum among pre-hospital emergency services and the difference of visiting rate between the two groups of diseases so as to provide guidance for the key planning and development direction of pre-hospital emergency work. Methods From December 1, 2009 to December 31, 2010, 3934 cases of wounded and sick patients in Deyang Second People’s Hospital were divided into traumatic disease group and non-traumatic disease group. Traumatic disease groups include casualties and other trauma casualties. Non-traumatic disease groups include medical emergency patients, pediatric emergency patients and obstetric and gynecological emergency patients. The two groups of data were statistically analyzed, the two groups were observed in the proportion of pre-hospital emergency and the difference between the two groups of visits. Results Traumatic disease group accounted for 67.54% of pre-hospital first aid, non-traumatic disease group accounted for 32.46% of pre-hospital first aid; traumatic disease group was significantly higher than non-traumatic disease group accounted for 2/3 The difference between the two groups was statistically significant, that is, the traumatic group was significantly higher than the non-invasive group. Conclusion Prehospital emergency trauma spectrum trauma occupies a significantly higher proportion in pre-hospital emergency than non-traumatic disease, and traumatic disease outpatient rate is significantly higher than non-traumatic disease. Pre-hospital emergency work should be based on emergency traumatic disease , Non-traumatic diseases, supplemented by first aid.
