高铁预制箱梁采用工厂化集中生产,箱梁底部预埋支座钢板与梁体一同浇筑,架梁时再将桥梁支座安装于预埋支座板,由支座锚栓通过垫石上的锚栓孔经灌浆等方式固定于垫石,预制梁的自重、二期恒载及运营荷载均通过支座处传递至桥墩,若支座板处有空响,当支座板承载时,支座处可能形成内陷或徐变式内陷,对上部桥梁结构,交通安全以及梁体本身的稳定性产生不利影响,严重时会造成铁路交通事故。因此研究预防和消除支座板空响的处理措施显得尤为必要,采用环氧树脂填充法进行处理消除支座板空响,效果显著。
