一、前言1979至1980年间,国防工办、四机部、冶金部曾对钽电容器阳极引线发脆问题联合组织攻关。并对国内外钽丝进行脆性、电性能及力学性能的全面验证,其结果充分说明该问题仍然存在。近年来由于钽粉、钽丝质量不断提高,发脆现象有所改善,但仍不时出现,影响生产和元件质量,故被继续列为国家重点项目,投资较大。有关钽丝发脆问题,国内许多部门进行了大量研究工作,国外也有报道。我厂生产钽丝的时间不长,本文仅就生产中出现的问题作一初步探讨。

And tantalum wire at home and abroad for brittleness, electrical properties and mechanical properties of a comprehensive verification, the results fully demonstrate that the problem still exists. In recent years, the quality of tantalum powder and tantalum yarn has been continuously improved, the appearance of brittleness has been improved, but still appears from time to time, affecting the quality of production and components. Therefore, it is continuously listed as a national key project and the investment is relatively large. Tantalum hair crisp problems, many departments conducted a lot of research work abroad have also been reported. I plant tantalum wire production time is not long, this article only on the production of a problem to make a preliminary discussion.
