提出采用吸收边界条件的改进的有限差分柱传播方法,计算沿着传输方向具有较大折射率突变而引起的反射的光波导。通过考察一个方向耦合器,核对了该方法的精确性。耦合长度和模场分布与文献[4]中两给出的结果相符合。
An improved finite-difference-column propagation method using absorption boundary conditions is proposed to calculate an optical waveguide with a reflection caused by a large refractive index mutation along the transmission direction. By examining a directional coupler, the accuracy of the method was verified. The coupling length and mode field distribution are consistent with the results given in [4].
