由于学生心理素质、兴趣爱好、社会环境的不同,造成了学生在行为、成绩等方面的差异。个别学生在学习道路上偏离了轨道,因而将偏离轨道的学生引导到正确的轨道上成为班主任工作的重点之一。在实际工作中,带着爱走进学生心灵,根据学生的不同特点,灵活采用不同的教育方法,让他们获得前进的动力,渐渐地改正缺点,回到和谐的班级队伍中。在做问题学生的转化工作中,我深深体会到:洒下一路爱,收获满园春。一、挖掘优点,促发动力
