应用红细胞变形能力测定仪和扫描电子显微镜,观测38例肺心病患者,发现肺心病加重期患者红细胞变形性降低,超微结构明显异常;缓解期患者,随着缺氧和酸中毒的纠正,二者逐渐恢复并接近正常。推测红细胞变形性和超微结构的异常,是肺心病肺动脉高压形成的原因之一。
Erythrocyte deformability and scanning electron microscopy were used to observe 38 cases of patients with cor pulmonale. The patients with cor pulmonale were found to have decreased erythrocyte deformability and ultrastructural abnormalities. In patients with remission, with the correction of hypoxia and acidosis, Gradually recovered and approached normal. Speculated that abnormal erythrocyte deformability and ultrastructure, pulmonary heart disease is one of the causes of pulmonary hypertension.
