目的:探讨复苏饮对犬心脏骤停复苏后iNOSmRNA、nNOSmRNA表达的影响。方法:在自主循环恢复180min,以逆转录-聚合酶链反应法(RT-PCR)检测各组海马组织iNOSmRNA、nNOSmRNA表达的情况。结果:iNOSmRNA在假手术组未发现表达,nNOSmRNA有表达,模型组、复苏饮组iNOSmRNA、nNOSmRNA的表达均比假手术组的表达明显增高(P<0.01,P<0.05),模型组iNOSmRNA、nNOSmRNA表达又明显高于复苏饮(P<0.05)。结论:复苏饮抑制iNOSmRNA、nNOSmRNA的表达,是其脑保护作用机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Qixingyin on the expression of iNOS mRNA and nNOS mRNA after cardiac arrest in dogs. METHODS: The spontaneous circulation was restored for 180 min. The expression of iNOS mRNA and nNOS mRNA in the hippocampus of each group was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results: iNOS mRNA was not detected in sham-operated group and nNOS mRNA was expressed. The expression of iNOS mRNA and nNOS mRNA in model group and Qixing Yin group were significantly higher than those in sham group (P<0.01, P<0.05). iNOS mRNA, nNOS mRNA in model group The expression was significantly higher than that of resuscitation drink (P<0.05). Conclusion: Resuscitation drink inhibits the expression of iNOS mRNA and nNOS mRNA, which is one of the mechanisms of brain protection.
