目的探讨干化学法和BV三联法结果一致性及干化学法应用评价。方法用干化学法和BV三联法同时检测阴道分泌物中过氧化氢(H2O2)、唾液酸苷酶(SNa)、白细胞脂酶(LE)浓度,并进行一致性分析。结果三项目阳性率干化学法均略高于BV三联法。两法经Kappa一致性检验,Kappa值均在0.61~0.80范围内,假设检验u值均大于1.96(P<0.05),两法具有高度一致性。结论相比BV三联法,干化学法更简便、快速、客观及易于标准化,完全能够满足临床的需要。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the consistency of results between dry chemical method and BV triple method and evaluate the application of dry chemical method. Methods The concentrations of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), neuraminidase (SNa) and leucocyte lipase (LE) in vaginal secretions were simultaneously detected by dry chemical method and BV triple method, and the concordance analysis was performed. Results Three items of positive rate of dry chemistry were slightly higher than the BV triple method. Kappa consistency test between the two methods, Kappa values were in the range of 0.61 ~ 0.80, the hypothesis test u values were greater than 1.96 (P <0.05), the two methods have a high degree of consistency. Conclusion Compared with BV triplex method, dry chemistry method is more simple, rapid, objective and easy to standardize, fully meet the clinical needs.
