为了减轻桥式起重机小车自重从而实现整机轻量化,提出了采用电差动的驱动方式。首先依据电差动驱动原理分析了不同工况下桥式起重机大梁两侧卷筒的转速,得出小车及吊重作联合运动时使卷筒转速唯一确定的条件是吊具的中间滑轮不发生转动,由此提出电差动桥式起重机结构形式,研究了联合运动下钢丝绳的受力情况并结合钢丝绳线速度计算出联合运动下两侧卷筒驱动电机所需的功率,从而得出单个电机所需最小功率,通过对比传统桥式起重机,对整机装机容量进行了分析。
In order to reduce the weight of the overhead crane trolley so as to achieve the weight of the whole machine, a driving method using electric differential is proposed.
