二冲程汽油机具有结构简单、体积小、重量轻、升功率较大等优点,因此,常用作微型汽车和摩托车的动力。由于二冲程汽油机结构上的特定条件,通常都采用混合润滑,即在燃油中掺入一定量的机油,机油量约占燃油量的5%。这个比例是以保证曲柄连杆机构在额定转速下全负荷运行时能有可靠的润滑而确定的。实际上,对于车用发动机来说,使用最高转速和最大功率的时间,只占总运行时间的15%左右。发动机在中速中等负荷下运转时,所需要的机油量仅为燃油的1~2%。所以,采用混合润滑的二冲程汽油机,大部分时间是在过量润滑
