The gastric mucosal cells of rabbits were separated and cultured for 48 hours. After the cells were fused into pieces, a cell free area of about 2 mm2 was formed, which was used as a model for injury repair. Results: The blank control group was completely repaired in about 48 hours, while the hepatocyte growth factor (HGF, 50μg / L) group was repaired in 24h. The rate of gastric mucosal cell migration in the control group was (16.62 ± 0.38) μm / h, while that in HGF group was (23.90 ± 0.68) μm / L (P <0.01). The labeling rate of pentabromodine for 12 ~ 24h after model making was about 15 times higher than that of the control group (0.5%) in the HGF group (7.6%). HGF can significantly promote gastric mucosal cell migration and proliferation function. Tip HGF in gastritis, gastric ulcer and other diseases may play an important role in the repair process.
