目的：探讨的确当滴眼液的制备方法。方法：β－环糊精包合。结果：的确当滴眼剂加入β－环糊精后粘度提高，在给药部位的滞留时间延长。结论：制备工艺合理，改善了制剂性能。
Objective: To explore the exact method of preparation of eye drops. Methods: β-cyclodextrin inclusion. Results: Indeed, when eye drops were added to β-cyclodextrin, the viscosity increased and the residence time at the administration site was prolonged. Conclusion: The preparation process is reasonable and the preparation performance is improved.
