根据《建筑结构设计统一标准》(以下简称《统一标准》)的规定,钢筋混凝土结构设计规范修订稿(以下简称“修订稿”)采用了概率极限状态设计法。其中,采用可靠指标度量结构构件的可靠度,采用分项系数设计表达式进行设计,以代替现行规范TJ10-74采用的半经验半概率极限状态设计法和单一安全系数设计表达式。对于承载能力极限状态,结构安全等级为二级的一般构件,当永久荷载与一个可变荷载组合时,《统一标准》的设计表达式为:
