FWD(落锤式弯沉仪)在道路工程运用越来越广泛,其弯沉值的温度修正成为制约FWD运用的关键问题。由于沥青层材料和层位的原因,温度影响弯沉的实质是影响沥青层的模量。文章通过理论计算发现沥青层模量和路表弯沉呈双对数关系(1gD=a·1gE1+b),然而不同模量和厚度结构组合,系数数值不同。文章将分析系数与弯沉温度修正的关系,从不同沥青路面结构组合入手,计算发现不同模量、不同厚度组合对FWD弯沉值温度修正的影响,并分析产生这些影响的原因,有利于指导采集的FWD弯沉温度修正数据的统计分析。
FWD (drop weight deflectometer) is more and more widely used in road engineering. The temperature correction of the deflection value becomes a key problem that restricts the application of FWD. Due to the bitumen layer material and horizon, the effect of temperature on deflection is essentially the modulus of the bitumen layer. The theoretical calculation shows that the asphalt layer modulus and the road surface deflection show a double logarithmic relationship (1gD = a · 1gE1 + b). However, different modulus and thickness structure combinations have different coefficient values. The article will analyze the relationship between coefficient and deflection temperature correction. Starting from different combinations of asphalt pavement structure, the influence of different modulus and thickness combinations on temperature correction of FWD deflection value is analyzed, and the reasons for these effects are analyzed, which is helpful to guide Statistical Analysis of Corrected Data of FWD Deflection Temperature Acquired.
