以汽车后盖为研究对象,利用UG/AUTOFORM软件建立其拉深成形有限元模型,对比分析了曲面压料面和平面压料面对汽车后盖拉深成形工艺的影响。结果显示,随着压边力的逐渐增加,曲面压料时主应变与厚度变化较大,而平面压料时主应变与厚度变化不大。平面压料面有利于汽车后盖的拉深成形,其较佳的成型工艺参数为压边力1200kN、主应变0.248854、零件最小厚度为0.793656mm。
Taking the automobile back cover as the research object, the finite element model of the deep drawing was set up by using UG / AUTOFORM software. The influence of the surface pressing surface and the plane pressing surface on the deep drawing process of the automobile back cover was analyzed. The results show that with the increasing of blank holder force, the main strain and thickness change greatly when the surface is pressed, while the main strain and thickness change little when the blank is pressed. The plane pressing surface is conducive to the car back cover deep drawing, the forming process parameters for the best BHF 1200kN, the main strain of 0.248854, the smallest part of the thickness of 0.793656mm.
