目的对深圳市福田区2009-2011年流感监测结果进行分析,了解流感的流行趋势,为流感防治提供科学依据。方法采集2009-2011年监测点流感样病例(ILI)或流感局部暴发病人的咽拭子样本,以狗肾传代细胞(MDCK)分离流感病毒并进行型别鉴定。结果 2009-2011年监测点采集流感样病例咽拭子样本1 035份,经病毒分离和鉴定确认的流感病毒330株,分离率31.88%。2009年共分离到流感病毒202株,分离率42.00%;2010年共分离到流感病毒89株,分离率32.48%;2011年共分离到流感病毒39株,分离率13.93%。3年暴发疫情累计发病例数1 684例,分离培养流感病毒552株,分离率32.78%。15~岁年龄组的流感病毒分离率高达52.78%。结论流感病毒分离阳性率逐年下降,流感活动强度逐渐降低,加强流感病毒监测,有效控制流感疫情。
Objective To analyze the surveillance results of influenza in 2009-2011 in Futian District, Shenzhen to understand the epidemic trend of influenza and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of influenza. Methods Throat swab samples of influenza-like illness (ILI) or influenza outbreak in 2009-11 were collected. Influenza virus was isolated from dog’s passaged cells (MDCK) and identified by typing. Results A total of 1 035 swab samples of influenza-like illness were collected from surveillance sites in 2009-2011. 330 influenza viruses were confirmed by virus isolation and identification with the isolation rate of 31.88%. In 2009, 202 strains of influenza viruses were isolated, with a separation rate of 42.00%. In 2010, 89 strains of influenza viruses were isolated with a separation rate of 32.48%. In 2011, 39 strains of influenza viruses were isolated, with a separation rate of 13.93%. The cumulative incidence of outbreaks in 3 years was 1 684 cases, 552 strains were isolated and cultured, the isolation rate was 32.78%. 15 ~ age group influenza virus isolation rate as high as 52.78%. Conclusions The positive rate of influenza virus separation declines year by year, and the intensity of influenza activity gradually decreases. Influenza virus surveillance is strengthened to effectively control the outbreak of influenza.
