用反相高效液相色谱法测定了解翘解毒片中绿原酸和甘草酸,此2种成分分别为该成药中主药金银花和甘草的有效成分。用十八烷基硅烷微粒硅胶为固定相,乙腈水(49∶51)为流动相,非那西丁为内标,紫外检测。用溶剂选择性三角形对流动相进行了优化,对提取溶剂、提取方法、干扰因素进行了考察,并进行了线性范围、模拟样回收率和加样回收率试验。测定了3个批号的样品。该法也可用于金银花、甘草原药材中绿原酸、甘草酸的含量测定
The chlorogenic acid and glycyrrhizic acid in Zhiqiao Jiedu Tablets were determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The two components were the active ingredients of the main drugs, honeysuckle and licorice, respectively. The octadecylsilane microparticle silica gel was used as the stationary phase, acetonitrile-water (49:51) as the mobile phase, phenacetin as the internal standard, and UV detection. The mobile phase was optimized with a solvent-selective triangle. The extraction solvent, extraction method, and interference factors were investigated. The linear range, simulation sample recovery, and sample recovery were tested. Three lot numbers of samples were measured. The method can also be used for the determination of chlorogenic acid and glycyrrhizic acid in honeysuckle and licorice herbs.
