目的观察闲庭喷鼻粉剂对青霉素致痫模型大鼠的作用效果,探讨经鼻给药法治疗癫痫的可行性。方法将40只Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、实验低剂量组和实验高剂量组,每组10只。实验组经鼻腔给予临时配制的低、高剂量闲庭喷鼻粉剂混悬液,空白组和模型组则经鼻腔给予相应剂量的蒸馏水。10d后,模型组与实验组腹腔注射青霉素复制癫痫模型(空白组则腹腔注射等量注射用水),观察并比较4组大鼠的行为变化、癫痫发作潜伏期及发作程度。结果与模型组相比,闲庭喷鼻粉剂治疗组大鼠癫痫发作的潜伏期明显延长,癫痫发作程度明显降低。结论闲庭喷鼻粉剂对青霉素致痫模型大鼠有显著的治疗作用,通过经鼻给药的方式治疗癫痫是可行的。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of pruning nasal powder on penicillin-induced epilepsy model rats, and to explore the feasibility of transnasal administration for epilepsy. Methods Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, experimental low-dose group and experimental high-dose group, with 10 rats in each group. The experimental group was given a temporary low- and high-dose nasal spray suspension by nasal cavity. The blank group and the model group were given a corresponding dose of distilled water through the nasal cavity. After 10 days, the model group and the experimental group were intraperitoneally injected with the penicillin replica epilepsy model (the blank group was injected intraperitoneally with equal volume of water for injection), and the behavior changes, seizure latency, and seizure degree of the four groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with the model group, the latency of epileptic seizures was significantly prolonged and the degree of epileptic seizures was significantly reduced in the puppies treated group. Conclusion The spaying powder has a significant therapeutic effect on penicillin-induced seizure model rats. It is feasible to treat epilepsy by transnasal administration.
