一、珠江下游三角洲电排治涝概述珠江下游三角洲易涝地区分布在广州市,佛山市,清远县等25个市县,有农田1269万亩,其中水田972万亩。雨量充沛,每年汛期4~10月,日雨量在100~200毫米暴雨常有出现,汛期雨量占年雨量80%。各江河中水位以上持续时间也较长。堤围区内农田的田面高程一般都比较低洼,故常受外江较高的洪(潮)水位包围着,以致汛期堤围区内雨水不能畅泄,甚至闭流,易成涝渍。该区易涝农田面积有455万亩,占农田总面积的36.7%。解放前和五十年代涝灾年年都有。 I. Overview of the Pearl River Delta Tributary Electricity Discharges The Pearl River Delta flood prone areas are located in Guangzhou, Foshan, Qingyuan County, 25 cities and counties, 12,646,000 mu of farmland, of which 972 acres of paddy fields. Rainfall is abundant. From the 4th to the 10th of each flood season, the daily rainfall amount usually appears in the range of 100-200 mm. The rainfall in the flood season accounts for 80% of the annual rainfall. The duration of the river above the water level is also longer. The surface of farmland in the embankment area is usually relatively low-lying, and is often surrounded by high flood (tide) water level in the outer river. As a result, the rainwater in the embankment area can not drain smoothly during the flood season or even flow into the water. The area of ​​flood-prone farmland has 4.55 million mu, accounting for 36.7% of the total farmland. Pre-liberation and fifties flooding have been observed annually.
