东北最大的水力发电厂——白山发电厂下属的吉林省长白山水电安装检修有限责任公司,在面对生存与发展的挑战和水电检修市场的激烈竞争中,引入国内项目管理经验,在水电安装检修工程中推行全面的项目管理。2003年初采用项目经理制完成小浪底水电厂6#机组大修工程,通过注重项目管理的五大过程控制,使该工程以出色的效率、优良的质量、过硬的技术成为水电检修业的一项精品工程,为今后公司的发展开辟更大的市场,为白山发电厂乃至东北电网公司多经产业的发展探索一条新途径。
