民营企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,对我国经济的发展做出巨大贡献。但民营企业在市场经济中由于身份问题,在发展过程中仍然受到一些体制机制的阻碍。从企业内部来说,在企业管理方面存在的一些客观问题,也在一定程度上阻碍了民营企业发展的步伐。民营企业如何管理,采取怎样的管理方式和模式才能够保持企业健康永续发展,始终是民营企业主关心的问题。本文,试图从民营企业管理创新的视角,针对民营企业管理中现存的普遍性的管理缺陷,提出一些管理创新的对策,以促进民营企业的发展。
Private-owned enterprises are an important part of the national economy and make great contributions to the economic development of our country. However, due to the identity problems of the private enterprises in the market economy, they are still hindered by some institutional mechanisms in the development process. From within the enterprise, some objective problems in business management have also hindered the development of private enterprises to a certain extent. Private enterprises how to manage, to take what kind of management methods and models to be able to maintain the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises, private business owners has always been a concern. This article attempts to propose some management innovation measures to promote the development of private-owned enterprises from the perspective of management innovation of private-owned enterprises and against the existing general management defects in the management of private-owned enterprises.
