电磁轨道发射器的初速精度受到电磁发射过程中各种参数的影响。通过避免预紧力、安装方式及初始位置等因素的影响,在小口径电磁轨道发射器进行了多次发射试验。试验结果表明发射过程的滑动电接触性能良好。分析了测量系统的测量精度,初速测量误差为0.56‰。在多次重复发射时,获得平均速度为1 853.2 m/s,其相对误差为4‰,或然误差为3.06 m/s,并分析或然误差的几种可能因素。分析结果表明重复发射过程中,由于电磁轨道发射初速已经具有较高的精度,所以只需较小的速度调节就可以进一步提高初速精度,为今后高精度发射试验提供了坚实的基础。
The initial velocity accuracy of the electromagnetic track transmitter is affected by various parameters in the electromagnetic emission process. By avoiding the influence of pre-tightening force, installation method and initial position, several launches have been conducted on small diameter electromagnetic track launchers. The experimental results show that the sliding electrical contact performance during launch is good. The measurement accuracy of the measurement system was analyzed. The error of the initial velocity measurement was 0.56 ‰. In repeated launches, the average speed of 1 853.2 m / s, the relative error of 4 ‰ and the error of 3.06 m / s were obtained, and several possible factors of contingent error were analyzed. The results show that in the process of repeated launching, the initial velocity of electromagnetic orbit launch has a higher accuracy, so the speed of the initial velocity can be further improved with smaller velocity adjustment, which provides a solid foundation for high-precision launch test in the future.
