用卡介苗酚提取物(BCG-PE)腹腔注射免疫小鼠,观察其对小鼠巨噬细胞(Mφ)的激活作用,并与死卡介苗(BCG)和活BCG 免疫小鼠进行了比较。结果表明:免疫后,腹腔细胞总数和Mφ数增高,并伴形态改变;腹腔Mφ内酸性磷酸酶、溶菌酶及血清溶菌酶增加;腹腔Mφ吞噬和杀伤能力增强。
Mice were immunized intraperitoneally with BCG-PE to observe the activation of mouse macrophages (Mφ) and compared with mice immunized with dead BCG (BCG) and live BCG. The results showed that: after immunization, the total number of peritoneal cells and Mφ increased, accompanied by morphological changes; intraperitoneal Mφ acid phosphatase, lysozyme and serum lysozyme increased; peritoneal Mφ phagocytosis and killing ability.
