以常规的压铸工艺来制备汽车超厚型零部件,容易出现较多的气孔,铸件强度不足。以汽车变速箱支架为例,研制出了一种超低速的压铸工艺。合理选取压铸工艺参数,对模具结构、压铸模温控制进行优化;所生产出的汽车变速箱支架铸件品质良好,满足技术指标。
To the conventional die-casting process to prepare ultra-thick car parts, prone to more pores, casting strength is not enough. Taking the automobile transmission bracket as an example, a ultra-low speed die-casting process has been developed. Reasonable selection of die-casting process parameters, die structure, die-casting mold temperature control optimization; produced by the automobile transmission bracket casting good quality to meet the technical indicators.
