为了排除动脉系统复杂的物理几何条件和生理条件给建立动脉脉动压力波时域变化方程带来的困难,先假定动脉系统为一均匀刚管具有终端阻抗和空气压缩腔的管道系统,导得只有左室压力波输入主动脉和主动脉输出血液两个单纯过程所形成的脉动压力波曲线方程,建立均匀刚管压缩腔心肺模型进行实验,实验结果表明实验曲线与理论方程所描述的曲线拟合情况非常良好,两者的相关系数多数在0.996以上。
