研究了用三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)绝热材料和凯夫拉/环氧树脂包覆的聚酯基高延伸率推进剂燃烧时引起的裂纹扩展和脱粘.这些裂纹扩展和/或分支模式包括直裂纹、锯齿状单裂纹、伴有局部分支裂纹扩展以及起源于初始裂纹末稍具有两个或多个裂纹的分支.还研究了固体推进剂燃烧时的脱粘扩展.根据试验数据可求出脱粘扩展速度与燃烧室加压速率的函数.
The crack propagation and debonding induced by combustion of EPDM and Kevlar / epoxy coated polyester based high elongation propellants were studied. These crack growth and / or branching patterns include straight crack, jagged single crack, branch with local branch crack propagation and branches with two or more cracks originating from the initial crack tip. Debonding expansion of the solid propellant was also studied. Based on the experimental data, the function of the debonding expansion rate and the pressurization rate of the combustion chamber can be obtained.
