外语教学是语言的学习,它是一种生成的过程,需要点点滴滴的积累、持之以恒的坚持。我在一线教育工作多年,深感初二英语教学是一个瓶颈。初一与初二的教材跨度较大,词汇量,语法知识都加大、加深;繁杂的语法、凌乱的知识结构,让学生觉得英语学习枯燥、无味,缺乏兴趣,学习的主动性就大大降低,缺乏自信,对英语产生畏惧的心理,从而导致两极分化的局面逐渐严重。那该如何才能突破初二英语教学的瓶颈呢?下面我就依据几年来的教学实践谈谈体会。一、变“观念”教师的教学理念和教学方式都要有所转变。教师作为一种语言的传播者,如何展示自己独特的个人魅力来吸引住学生呢?
