采用2A12铝合金作为试验材料,以成形极限角作为衡量工艺参数对板料单点渐进成形的成形能力影响的标准。试验中研究对成形能力影响的工艺参数有:工具头半径、加工步长、进给速度和主轴转速。采用正交试验法对板料在单点渐进成形中的成形极限进行研究。试验结果表明,对板料单点渐进成形的成形能力影响最大的因素是加工步长,其次是进给速度、主轴转速和工具头半径。
2A12 aluminum alloy is used as the test material, and the forming limit angle is taken as the standard to measure the influence of the process parameters on the forming ability of single-point progressive forming of sheet metal. Experimental process of forming the ability to study the process parameters are: the tool radius, processing steps, feed speed and spindle speed. Orthogonal test method was used to study the forming limit of sheet metal in single-point progressive forming. The experimental results show that the most important factor affecting the forming ability of single-point progressive forming is the processing step, followed by the feed speed, spindle speed and tool head radius.
