研究TiH2 粉在以聚碳硅烷为先驱体裂解制备SiC陶瓷材料中的应用 ,结果表明 ,TiH2 粉能缓和聚碳硅烷的裂解反应 ,增加先驱体的陶瓷产率 ,提高陶瓷材料性能 .然而 ,先驱体在裂解过程中的线性收缩率和气孔率却随着TiH2 粉的加入而增加 .
The application of TiH2 powder in the preparation of SiC ceramic materials by pyrolysis of polycarbosilane was studied. The results show that TiH2 powder can ease the pyrolysis reaction of polycarbosilane, increase the yield of ceramic precursors and improve the properties of ceramic materials.However, The linear shrinkage and porosity in the pyrolysis process increase with the addition of TiH2 powder.
