目的:建立徵瘕消散丸质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对方中当归、川芎、丹参、延胡索、鸡血藤作定性鉴别,采用HPLC法对其中芍药苷和丹酚酸B的含量进行测定。结果:当归、川芎、丹参、延胡索、鸡血藤薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性无干扰。芍药苷在5.98~59.84μg·ml-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为98.43%,RSD为1.30%;丹酚酸B在12.16~121.60μg·ml-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为98.28%,RSD为1.45%。结论:本法简便可行、结果准确可靠、重复性好,为控制徵瘕消散丸的质量提供了依据。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Zhengli Xiaoyaosan. Methods: The contents of paeoniflorin and salvianolic acid B were determined by TLC. The contents of paeoniflorin and salvianolic acid B were determined by TLC. Results: Angelica, Chuanxiong, Salvia, Corydalis, Millettia thin layer chromatography spots clear, negative non-interference. Paeoniflorin had a good linearity (r = 0.999 5) in the range of 5.98-59.84μg · ml-1 with an average recovery of 98.43% and a RSD of 1.30%. Salbutamol B was in the range of 12.16-121.60μg · ml-1 Within the range, there was a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 7) with an average recovery of 98.28% and a RSD of 1.45%. Conclusion: This method is simple and feasible, the results are accurate and reliable, good repeatability, to provide a basis for the control of the quality of Zheng Wan dissipated pills.
