目的分析当前手术室感染危害因素,并提出相应防护措施,以减少医院感染发生的概率。方法通过“寻找手术室感染危险因素的来源,控制感染源,健全制度强化无菌观念,做好每日手术室空气卫生消毒及器械消毒,手术人员严格执行有效的外科洗手制度、术后污物处理”等方法,来达到防控目的。结果在各类防控措施的有效保障下,不仅控制了手术室感染源头,减少了医院感染的概率,而且增强了广大医务工作者无菌技术意识。结论针对手术室感染危险性做出评估,制定并实施防护制度。目前,部分医院对手术室感染因素及防控措施认识不足,这种现状亟待改变。 Objective To analyze the current operating room infection risk factors and propose appropriate protective measures to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
