1工程概况昆明某商住大厦主楼26层(局部27层),框架-剪力墙结构,屋顶标高81.90m,两层地下室,地下2层为箱基,基础底板面-8.4m。工程建于昆明断陷盆地滇池湖积平原北部,场区构造受普渡河-滇池断裂与黑龙潭-官渡断裂两大南北向主干构造所控制,岩体结构破碎程度不一,岩性差异大。
1 Project Overview The main building of a commercial and residential building in Kunming, 26th floor (local 27 floors), frame-shear wall structure, roof elevation 81.90m, two basements, underground two floors for the box foundation, foundation floor -8.4m. The project was built in the northern part of the Dianchi Lake in the Kunming Fault Depression Basin. The structure of the site is controlled by the two major north-south directional structures of the Pudu River-Dianchi Fault and the Heilongtan-Gangdu Fault. The rock structure is broken to varying degrees and the lithology differs greatly.
