从1984年以来,我市农村卫技人员参加学历教育、岗位培训和专科进修多数签订培训聘用合同;教学部门之间有关教学协作也由合同保证;外、妇科临床进修也逐步实行目标责任合同.学与用、教与学、教与教之间的行为准则和权利义务均由合同调整,不再需行政部门直接管理,合同化管理初具雏型,促进继续教育发展.
Since 1984, most of the city’s rural medical technicians have participated in academic education, job training, and specialist training. Most of them have signed training contracts. The teaching cooperation between the teaching departments is also guaranteed by the contract. The external and gynecological clinical training has gradually implemented the target responsibility contract. The rules of conduct and the rights and obligations between learning and use, teaching and learning, teaching and teaching are all adjusted by the contract. It is no longer necessary for the administrative department to directly administer it. Contract management has begun to take shape and promotes the development of continuing education.
