临产后在宫口开大5cm以下人工破膜对产程的影响,各家有不同意见。资料与方法: 本文观察对象分为两组。破膜组年龄在21～30岁之间,足月妊娠的初产妇,头位单胎阴道分娩者。在临产后进入活跃期,宫口开大3～5cm,先露高位在-2～+1时行人工破膜,共68例(其中宫口开大3cm有11例,4cm有35例,5cm有20例)。其中大多在进入活跃期后产程进展缓慢或有阻滞。对照组为年龄相仿的66例足月初产、单胎、头位阴道分娩者(其中宫口开大3cm的11例、4cm的35例,5cm的20例)。
