今年是建国35周年。每年在国庆佳节前后,总有大批中夕卜来宾来到北京、上海以及其它许多城市,今年更是如此。而且,随着对外开放步子的加快,前来我国洽谈贸易、兴办企业、传技讲学、访问游览以及工作学习的友好人士将会曰益增多。如何做好他们的接待工作,这是件大事。这里写的是上海的一个宾馆在这方面所作的努力。它是一首宾馆职工以提高服务质量、改善经营管理的实际行动正在谱写中的迎宾曲,我们相信它将会受到广大宾客的欢迎和赞赏。
This year marks the 35th anniversary of the founding of the country. Every year before and after the National Day holiday, there are always a large number of Zhongxibu guests coming to Beijing, Shanghai and many other cities. This is even more so this year. Moreover, with the acceleration of the pace of opening up to the outside world, friendly people who come to China to negotiate trade, set up enterprises, deliver technical lectures, visit excursions and work and study will benefit. How to do their reception work is a major event. What is written here is the efforts made by a hotel in Shanghai in this regard.
