应用人胚纤维母细胞染色体畸变和中国地鼠V79细胞株HGPRT 位点突变试验为指标,研究紫外线与金属化合物的联合致突变作用。结果显示镍、砷、镉、锰、铬与紫外线在染色体畸变效应上有协同作用。硫酸镍与紫外线在基因位点突变效应上亦同样显示有协同作用,而钼酸钠表现为抑制作用。
Chromosome aberration of human embryo fibroblasts and HGPRT site mutation in Chinese hamster V79 cell line were used as indexes to study the combined mutagenic effect of UV and metal compounds. The results show that nickel, arsenic, cadmium, manganese, chromium and ultraviolet light have a synergistic effect on chromosome aberration. Nickel sulfate and UV at the gene mutation effect also showed a synergistic effect, and sodium molybdate showed inhibition.
