全(刺激)野视诱发电位(VEP)对轻微或隐秘性视功能异常是敏感的检测方法。但常不能查觉视交叉、视交叉后视路和部分视交叉前损害。业已证明用半(刺激)野对左或右半视野的VEP检测对此损害更为有效。遗憾的是许多半野VEP用5或更多通道记录系统及长刺激时间,使得难以甚至不可能作为临床常规检查。本文报道双通道记录系统及适用于临床的快速连续刺激半野VEP检查,对多数病人均易行。所得的异常反应率增多,并对损害部定位的准确性有肯定的提高。方法:250例病人作单眼全或半野刺激VEP。
Full (stimulated) visual field evoked potentials (VEP) is a sensitive or minor visual function detection method is sensitive. But often can not detect visual cross, depending on the optic chiasm and part of the optic chiasm before the lesion. It has been demonstrated that VEP detection of the left or right half field with a half (stimulated) field is more effective at this impairment. Unfortunately, many half-field VEPs record the system with 5 or more channels and long stimulation times, making it difficult or even impossible to routinely examine. This article reports a two-channel recording system and clinical application of rapid continuous stimulation half of the VEP examination, for most patients are easy. The resulting abnormal response rate increased, and the accuracy of the damage to the positioning of a certain increase. METHODS: Two hundred and fifty patients underwent monocular or hemispheric stimulation of VEP.
