Cold forging nut is a more advanced technology, its material utilization, the mechanical strength of the nut and the productivity of the machine is relatively high. However, the cold heading method is mostly due to the nut material and the shape of the nut (one-side chamfering or double chamfering, normal nut or alien nut). Here are selected several domestic and foreign more advanced cold heading methods are described below: First, the multi-station cold heading process is generally divided into four and three three-bit station (do not include the cutting station). The former is the Soviet Union repair A412 nut multi-station automatic cold heading machine used in the process (see Figure 1). The latter is my country
