1967年以来,我院收治5例眼部孟氏裂头蚴,报告于下。本文5例(男3例,女2例),年龄最大48岁,最小7个月。病程1个月至18个月。4例因眼部红痛敷贴青蛙肉,1例敷帖瘦猪肉。敷贴后3～5天出现局限性结节。局部充血,有波动感。结节逐渐增多至4～5个,时大时小。部分病例眼球突出,活动受阻,但视力不受影响。切开结节后有1～4条虫体。虫体大小约20～150mm(详见附表)。
Since 1967, our hospital admitted to 5 cases of eye Mengshe’s sparganosis, reported in the next. This article 5 cases (3 males and 2 females), the oldest 48 years old, a minimum of 7 months. Duration of 1 month to 18 months. 4 cases of red eye pain due to the application of frog meat, 1 case of post-doctoral lean pork. 3 to 5 days after application of localized nodules. Local congestion, a sense of volatility. Nodules gradually increased to 4 to 5, when large and small. Some cases of prominent eyes, activity blocked, but the visual acuity is not affected. After cutting the nodules 1 to 4 parasites. Insect size of about 20 ~ 150mm (see schedule).
