通过１９９４和１９９５年对辽棉１０号抗病性鉴定及农艺性状观察，其对棉花枯萎病菌生理小种７号表现高抗。在病田种植，霜前皮棉比新陆早１号增产５２％；在无病四种植，比新陆早１号低１％。
