目的分析溶血标本对生化检验结果的影响,探讨有效应对策略。方法随机选择2015年1月至2016年1月在本院接受体检的人30例参与研究,备取两份血清,对各项生化指标进行检测,比较检测结果。结果溶血后血清ALT、AST、TBIL、TP、LDH结果升高,UA、GLU结果下降。结论溶血标本会影响生化检验的多项结果,应该根据影响出现的原因采取对应的措施,防止发生溶血标本,保证生化检验的准确性。 Objective To analyze the effect of hemolysis on biochemical test results and to explore effective strategies. Methods Thirty randomly selected subjects from our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were enrolled in the study. Two serum samples were taken for biochemical detection and the results were compared. Results After hemolysis, serum ALT, AST, TBIL, TP, LDH results increased, UA, GLU results decreased. Conclusion Hemolytic specimens will affect a number of biochemical test results should be based on the reasons for the impact of the corresponding measures taken to prevent the occurrence of hemolysis specimens to ensure the accuracy of biochemical tests.
