目的 探讨绒毛膜促性腺激素 (hCG)、三磷酸腺苷 (ATP)刺激睾丸间质细胞 (Leydig细胞 )分泌睾酮时细胞外液Ca2 + 浓度的变化对钙通道的影响。方法 采用激光共聚焦显微镜测定hCG、ATP刺激Leydig细胞时Ca2 + 的变化。结果 人Leydig细胞具有对hCG、ATP敏感的钙通道 ,当细胞外液含有Ca2 + 时 ,Leydig细胞对hCG的刺激反应敏感 ,而当细胞外液无Ca2 + 时无反应。细胞外液无论有无Ca2 + ,Leydig细胞对ATP的刺激均有敏感反应。结论 细胞外液Ca2 + 浓度的变化可能在hCG、ATP对Leydig细胞代谢调控中起作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of extracellular Ca2 + concentration on the calcium channel induced by human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) and adenosine triphosphate (ATP) stimulating testosterone secretion in testicular stromal cells (Leydig cells). Methods Laser confocal microscopy was used to detect the changes of Ca2 + in hCG and ATP-stimulated Leydig cells. Results Leydig cells had hCG and ATP-sensitive calcium channels. Leydig cells were sensitive to hCG stimulation when the extracellular fluid contained Ca2 +, but not to Ca2 +. Extracellular fluid with or without Ca2, Leydig cells are sensitive to ATP stimulation. Conclusion The changes of Ca2 + concentration in extracellular fluid may be in hCG. ATP may play a role in the metabolic regulation of Leydig cells.
