静功是各家功法修炼上乘功夫的必经之路,尽管有的功法以动功为主,但往往缺乏静功的修炼,难以提高自身的功力功能层次。真正要修炼高功夫必须通过深层次的入静功夫的练习方可达到功圆道满的高境界。无论是练动功或静功都能达到治病强身之功效。在练功中,动中有静,静中有动,比如我们练动功是在动中求静;练静功是静中有动。尽管入静后表面什么动作也没有做,其实身体内的气血顺经脉运行。在这里笔者不是谈论动功与静功的关系,只是将静功修炼中的层次简要的作如下论述。由于各门各派功理功法不同,对
