作者用重组乙型肝炎疫苗对33名儿童(平均年龄为3.3岁)作皮内接种,按0、1、6个月免疫程序,于前臂接种,每次2μg。用放射免疫法检测抗-HBs,并按照世界卫生组织标准,采用国际单位(IU/1)表示。结果表明,有32名儿童在首剂接种后20个月仍有抗-HBs,其几何平均滴度(GMT)为26.5IU/1,其中24名儿童(73%)的抗-HBs水平≥10IU/1,有6名儿童(18%)的抗-HBs水平≥100IU/1。男孩和女孩之间的抗体GMT无明显差异。接种的不良反应轻微,只有1名儿童在接种第2剂后出现持久的局部皮肤硬结。
The authors vaccinated 33 children (mean age, 3.3 years) with a recombinant hepatitis B vaccine intradermally and vaccinated in the forearm for 0, 1, and 6 months at 2 μg each. Anti-HBs were detected by radioimmunoassay and expressed in International Units (IU / 1) in accordance with WHO standards. The results showed that 32 children had anti-HBs 20 months after the first dose, with a geometric mean titer (GMT) of 26.5 IU / 1, of whom 24 (73%) had anti-HBs levels of 10 IU / 1, 6 children (18%) had anti-HBs levels> 100 IU / 1. There was no significant difference in GMT between boys and girls. Adverse reactions to vaccination were mild with only 1 child showing persistent localized cutaneous induration after the second dose.
