目的探讨智能跟踪技术在不同感兴趣区的位置肺动脉CT成像中图像的质量。方法采用64层螺旋CT,设定研究组30例和对照组30例,选用智能跟踪技术在不同感兴趣区的位置,对临床拟诊肺栓塞的患者行肺动脉血管造影(CTPA),评判两组图像质量及各级肺动脉显出率。结果 (1)两组病例图像质量:研究组中图像质量1、2、3级的分别为28、1、1例,对照组中图像质量1、2、3级分别为21、6、3例,两组图像质量均无4级病例,两组图像质量级别差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)两组病例各级肺动脉显示率:研究组和对照组1~4级肺动脉显示率均为100.0%,5~6级肺动脉显示率分别为95.0%、51.0%和66.5%、12.7%。段级以下肺动脉显示率差异有统计学意义,段级以上肺动脉显示率差异无统计学意义。结论感兴趣区的位置选择在左心房上可明显提高对各级肺动脉的显示率及图像质量级别。
Objective To explore the quality of image in pulmonary CT imaging in different regions of interest with intelligent tracking technology. Methods Totally 30 cases of study group and 30 cases of control group were selected by 64-slice spiral CT. Intelligent tracking technology was used in different regions of interest. Pulmonary arterial angiography (CTPA) was performed in patients with suspected pulmonary embolism. Two groups Image quality and pulmonary artery at all levels showed rate. Results (1) The image quality of two groups of patients: the image quality of the study group was 1, 2, 3 and 1, while the image quality of the control group was 21, 6 and 3 , There were no grade 4 cases in both groups, and there was significant difference in image quality between the two groups (P <0.05). (2) The rate of pulmonary artery in all the two groups showed: Grade 1 ~ 4 in study group and control group The rates of pulmonary arteries were 100.0%. The rates of pulmonary arteries of grades 5-6 were 95.0%, 51.0% and 66.5%, 12.7% respectively. There was a significant difference in the rate of pulmonary artery below the segment level, but there was no significant difference in the rate of pulmonary artery between the segment level and above. Conclusion The location of ROI in the left atrium can obviously improve the display rate and image quality level of pulmonary arteries at all levels.
