锌-乙二胺络合物在单扫描示波极谱仪上能产生十分灵敏的极谱吸附波,本文选定测定锌的最佳支持电解质条件为2.5%乙二胺-0.012N盐酸。在0.005—0.2微克/毫升范围内,锌浓度与吸附波呈线性关系,峰电位为-1.42伏。对该波的极谱行为作了初步探讨,根据浓度梯度法测定络合比的方法确定了锌与乙二胺络合物组成为[Zn(eN)_3]~(2+),其吸附在汞电极上还原产生峰电流。实验表明,共存离子在一定范围内不干扰,用本法测定水系沉积物标准样,结果相符。应用于海洋沉积物的分析,不需要分离可直接加底液测定沉积物中的锌。
Zinc - ethylenediamine complexes can produce very sensitive polarographic adsorption wave on a single-scan oscillopolarography. In this paper, the best supported electrolyte for determination of zinc is 2.5% ethylenediamine-0.012N hydrochloric acid. In the range of 0.005-0.2 micrograms per milliliter, there was a linear relationship between zinc concentration and adsorption wave, with a peak potential of -1.42 volts. The polarographic behavior of the wave was preliminarily discussed. The determination of the complexing ratio by the concentration gradient method confirmed that the composition of zinc and ethylenediamine complex was [Zn (eN) 3] Mercury electrode reduction to produce peak current. Experiments show that coexisting ions do not interfere within a certain range, using this method for determination of sediment standard samples, the results are consistent. Applied to the analysis of marine sediment, do not need to separate the liquid can be directly added sediment determination of zinc in the sediment.
