介绍了激光全息检测技术的原理、特点和方法。通过研究激光全息检测位移量与激光全息检测载荷理论并结合检测试验给出了激光全息检测工艺流程、工艺方法和工艺规范。采用该规范对某型液体火箭发动机推力室收扩段铣槽夹层结构钎焊缝进行了无损检测,检测通过的液体火箭发动机推力室已经完成了飞行任务考核。
The principle, characteristics and methods of laser holographic detection technology are introduced. By studying the displacement of laser holographic detection and the theory of laser holographic load detection, the laser holographic testing process, process method and process specifications are given. Using this specification, a non-destructive test was conducted on the brazing seam of the slotted groove structure of the thrust chamber of a certain type of liquid propellant rocket engine. The test of liquid rocket engine thrust chamber passed the flight mission assessment.
